Teen Sound Bath Meditation

Join us for a calming and uplifting sound bath experience designed just for teens! This special meditation will be held on Saturday, September 13th from 4:00 – 4:45 PM at Choke Ah Bead Metaphysical Store (2070 Jodeco Rd, McDonough, GA).

Teens ages 13–18 are invited to relax, release stress, and connect with their inner peace through the healing vibrations of sound bowls and soothing instruments. Guided by Skyla, this 45-minute session will create a safe and supportive space for rest, reflection, and renewal.

No prior meditation experience is needed—just bring an open mind and a willingness to relax. Mats will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring their own mat, pillow, or blanket for extra comfort.
