Join us for a month-long series of Guided Sound Bath Meditations as we journey through the chakras. Each Sunday we will immerse ourselves in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments to restore balance, release stress, and bring our energy into alignment.

Throughout October, we will focus on balancing and harmonizing the chakras — from Root to Crown — helping you stay centered, clear, and empowered as we move through this powerful season of transformation.
