This September, we gather in sacred community to honor the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, and Air through sound, breath, and intention. Each Sunday invites you into a deep journey of connection—grounding your body, opening your heart, and awakening the flow of energy within.

🌍 September 14th – Earth + Water: Rooting & Flow

We begin our series by honoring the grounding power of Earth and the fluid wisdom of Water. Expect a meditation that nourishes your sense of stability while opening your emotional flow.

• Wear: Earth tones (greens, browns, blacks) or flowing blues to embody the elements.
• Bring: Crystals such as jasper, hematite, obsidian, aquamarine, or moonstone. A journal is also encouraged for reflections.
• Focus: Grounding, release, and inner peace.

🔥💨 September 21st – Fire + Air: Activation & Expansion

 In our second session, we call upon Fire to ignite transformation and Air to expand our vision. This meditation will awaken creativity, spark motivation, and connect you to the breath of life. 

• Wear: Warm fiery colors (reds, oranges, golds) or light airy colors (whites, yellows).
• Bring: Crystals like citrine, carnelian, sunstone, clear quartz, or selenite.
• Focus: Energy activation, clarity, and freedom.

✨ September 28th – Elemental Integration: Unity of All Four

Our final gathering brings Earth, Water, Fire, and Air into harmony. Through layered sound frequencies and guided visualization, you will experience the wholeness of all elements united within you.

• Wear: Any color that represents balance for you, or dress in rainbow tones to honor all the elements.
• Bring: Crystals that feel aligned for your journey (amethyst, labradorite, fluorite, or your favorite personal stone).
• Focus: Integration, balance, and spiritual empowerment.
