Peaceful greetings, beloved community. 🌸 Join us for a heart-centered meditation experience designed especially for parents and children ages 6–13 to explore stillness, breath, and connection together.
This sacred gathering invites families to slow down, breathe deeply, and share mindful moments that nurture both spirit and soul. Children will be gently guided to connect with their inner peace while parents hold space beside them — creating memories of love, harmony, and grounding energy.
🌙 What to Bring:
- A yoga mat, pillow, or blanket (extras available at the store if needed)
- A small crystal, journal, or keepsake to hold during meditation (optional, but encouraged)
- Comfortable clothing for relaxation
