This special gathering is designed to nurture the bond between parent and child through the gentle, healing vibrations of sound. Together, you will step away from the busyness of daily life and into a space of peace, connection, and presence.

Guided by the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments, this meditation will help both parent and child relax, release stress, and experience the calming magic of sound together. The atmosphere is lighthearted, playful, and welcoming to all ages — from the youngest child to the young at heart.
